Due to the perishable nature of our products, we follow a limited refund and cancellation policy.
Order Cancellation
• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed
For cancellation requests, contact us immediately after placing your order.
Refund & Replacement
We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:
• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Quality issue (valid reason required)
Our commitment to quality extends across our entire range of Ghee, Makhana, and Masalas — carefully selected to bring authentic taste and goodness to your everyday kitchen.
Return Conditions
• Issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery
• Product should be unused and in original packaging
• Proof (images/videos) may be required
Refund Process
• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
